immunolgy of which the lymphocyte cell separation, Cytokine
measurement, ELISA, besides prepatrion of cell culture of
Trypansomatidae and Plasmodium.

Trained in different molecular cell biology and
basic imunological techniques within and outside the
Institute of Endemic Diseases, University of
Khartoum. These include: DNA and RNA isolation and purification,
PCR, RT-PCR, Gene cloning, Hybridization techniques,
Spectrophometery, Electrophoresis, DNA sequencing, Cell culture,
mvr-PCR, Mutation detection techniques, Lymphosite cells
separation, ELISA, Cytokine analysis and measurement.

in basic bioinformatic tools like Primers design, Sequence
alignments, BLAST searching, …etc.

trained in field tours, and in communal medicine. Conducted
several field trrips to endemic areas on malaria and leishmania
including diagnosis, treatment, epidemiology, mangement, and
control programmes.
